Minced meat – feta – slices from the grill

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 500 g minced pork (pork or mixed)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 15 slice(s) of toast or white or brown bread
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Very tasty, quick and something different!

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and add the egg. Then grate the feta cheese and mix it in. Spread the minced meat on the bread slices to a thickness of about 0.5 cm, even in the corners (because otherwise they will quickly turn black when grilled). Press this mixture down firmly with a spoon or fork. Grill the side with the minced meat first, until it looks cooked through. Then turn it over and grill the other side until golden brown (if the minced meat is pressed down properly, nothing will fall off!). You can serve it with ketchup, barbecue sauce, or other ingredients.
