Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pork fillets
  • 2 onions, sliced ​​into rings
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • curry powder
  • butter
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • Cream cheese spread, 1 corner of it
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly grated cheese, if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pork fillets into 1 cm thick slices. Season to taste and fry in hot butter. Then remove. Brown the onion rings and crushed garlic clove in the remaining fat. Place the meat slices and onions in a greased ovenproof glass dish. Mix the sweet cream with the cream cheese spread. Season with salt and curry powder and pour this sauce over the meat and onions. Sprinkle with grated cheese, if desired. Close the glass dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Serve with rice and salad.
