5-minute smoked pork broccoli rösti casserole

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 slices of raw smoked pork, approx. 1cm thick
  • 1 small broccoli and 1 pack of frozen rösti
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightning fast!

Place the smoked pork slices in a greased baking dish, top with the cleaned and washed broccoli florets (season with salt and pepper), and then top with the hash browns. Mix the cream and sour cream and pour over the mixture. It’s best if the broccoli florets are covered in the cream and sour cream mixture. Now bake the whole thing in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for about an hour. Halfway through, I cover the pan with aluminum foil to prevent the hash browns from burning. When the broccoli is cooked, the dish is ready.
