Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 250 g pasta (preferably small tubes)
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g. Emmental)
- 100 g ham (lean bacon or cooked ham)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml cream
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, and drain well. Dice the ham and tomatoes. Place everything in a buttered casserole dish along with the pasta. Whisk the eggs and cream and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the pasta. Grate the cheese over the pasta and bake at 200°C for 20-30 minutes.
