Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 rolls
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 egg whites
- 30 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 10 g cinnamon
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the rolls into slices and place them in a deep bowl. Combine the egg yolks, milk, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and sugar, then pour over the rolls and let stand for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Layer the roll mixture in a greased pan and top with the snowflakes. Bake at about 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
