Pasta with tuna, onion and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup crème fraîche (with or without herbs)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 onions, preferably red
  • 1 can tuna, without oil
  • some olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. chili pepper(s), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Peel and finely chop the onions. Fry them in a pan with hot olive oil until golden brown. Drain the tuna and add it to the pan. Heat everything together briefly. Now add the crème fraîche and let it melt. Then mix everything with the cream and bring to a boil. Finally, season with salt and pepper. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a little more chili if desired. Arrange on plates with the pasta and serve. Tip: The sauce tastes great with any type of pasta.
