Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 melon(s) , (watermelon)
- 300 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 tbsp olives, chopped
- 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch arugula
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Cut the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces. Mix with the olives and walnuts. Add the honey and olive oil, stir gently, and finally fold in the arugula.
