Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 anchovy fillets, pickled
- 60 g Gouda, grated
- 3 slices of toast
- 10 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Whisk the eggs. Add the breadcrumbs and salt and whisk. Cut the anchovy fillets into small pieces and stir them in with the Gouda cheese. Toast the slices of toast. Heat butter in a pan and add 1/3 of the egg batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Place the egg schnitzel on the slice of toast and serve.
