Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200g spaghetti
- 1 large avocado(s), pitted and peeled
- 1 bunch of basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- Basil leaves for garnishing

Blend the avocado, basil, olive oil, and garlic with plenty of freshly ground pepper and salt. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain and toss with the avocado sauce. Heat gently for 1-2 minutes. Serve with pepper and garnished with fresh basil leaves.
