Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 1 avocado(s), very ripe
- 10 tomatoes, dried
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 g pine nuts
- basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Dice the avocado and finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Combine the ingredients in a blender with the pine nuts and puree. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir into the spaghetti and serve.
