Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 200 ml cream
- Fruits from the can (e.g. peaches or cherries)
Instructions

Beat the eggs until frothy, gradually add the sugar, quark, semolina, and cream, and mix well. Pour the mixture into a covered casserole dish and add the well-drained fruit. Cover and bake at 190°C for about 50 minutes.
