Mustard soup with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g mustard
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 250 ml cream
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely, but do not crush them. Sauté in olive oil. Pour in the broth. Add the mustard. Finish with cream. Delicious in no time!
