Cappelletti with Black Forest ham and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g cappelletti
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g Black Forest ham
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 g cream
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp, heaped herb cheese spread
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 3 sprigs of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Cut the Black Forest ham into strips. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Put the butter in a pan and fry the onions. Add the ham and fry briefly, then add the tomato paste. Deglaze with the cream and dice or grate the Parmesan cheese. Stir in the herb cream cheese and garlic. Season with pepper and lemon juice and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, prepare the cappelletti according to the package instructions. Mix the cappelletti with the sauce, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
