Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (macaroni)
- 500 g fresh leaf spinach
- 200 ml cream
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 g ham, cooked, cut into long strips
- 150 g mozzarella, grated
- 100 g Parmesan, freshly sliced
- Salt and pepper, coarsely ground
- Fat for the mold
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the macaroni al dente and then place it in a lightly greased round baking dish (they should lie flat and be close together). Layer the spinach leaves on top, season with salt and pepper, and cover with the ham. Finely dice the onion and garlic, sauté lightly in a little olive oil, and deglaze with cream. Pour over the spinach and pasta. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 185°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes.
