Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of sandwich toast
- 500 g Mett (Thuringian Mett or other seasoned minced meat)
- 2 bananas
- Curry powder to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Arrange the toast slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread evenly with the minced meat. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top, then season generously with the curry powder. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, until the minced meat is cooked and the bananas have shrunk slightly.
