Ingredients for 14 servings:
- 120 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 180 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 80 g liqueur, limoncello (lemon liqueur)
- 50 g whipped cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Cream the butter until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the cream and limoncello. Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder. Line a muffin tin with paper cases and place a heaped tablespoon of batter into each case. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness. Dust with powdered sugar or cover with a lemon glaze.
