Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 200g salami
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta, cut the salami into strips or cubes, chop the tomatoes, and coarsely grate or dice the Gouda cheese. Mix the ingredients with the pasta and pour into a greased baking dish. Whisk the eggs, cream, and seasonings and pour over the dish. Sprinkle with some cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
