My steak toast with mango chutney

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 steak(s), pork (minute steaks)
  • 200 g cheese (Brie), 40% fat
  • 40 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 5 stalks of parsley
  • 4 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the parsley, pat dry, remove the stalks, and finely chop. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and spin dry. Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and fry the steaks for about 3 minutes on each side. Cut the cheese into 8 slices and arrange them on top of the steaks. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 3 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Toast the bread, spread with butter, arrange the lettuce on top, and place the steaks on top. Place the bread on plates, serve the chutney alongside or on top of the bread. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
