Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g cooked ham
- 150g Gouda
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- some pepper, white
- 100 g salad mayonnaise
- 4 pretzel sticks

Dice the ham, cheese, and drained gherkins and place them in a bowl. Add the drained capers, parsley, oregano, pepper, and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Cut the pretzel sticks in half, hollow them out, and fill them with the mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 15 minutes.
