- 1 cup water
- 1 cup flour
- Salt and pepper, some onion powder
- some garlic powder
- 4 servings of chicken breast fillet(s)
- 4 rolls (hamburger buns with sesame)
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Hamburger with chicken breast fillets
Mix the egg with one cup of water. Then mix the flour with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Coat the fillets thoroughly, first in the egg-water mixture, then in the flour mixture. Fry in a pan until cooked through. Bake the burger buns in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 2 minutes. Cut open and spread with ketchup, then top with the fillets and lettuce. Heat the mayonnaise mixed with a pinch of onion powder in the microwave and place a dollop on each burger.
