Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chicken meat
  • 1 wrap(s)
  • 1 tomato(s), sliced
  • some salad
  • Cucumber(s), approx. 4 slices
  • some ketchup
  • some cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 30 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wrap with chicken and cream cheese.

First, put the teriyaki marinade in a large bowl with some salt and pepper. Wash the chicken, pat it dry with a paper towel, and chop it up. Add the chicken to the bowl with the teriyaki marinade and toss it around so that every piece of meat gets the marinade, then set it aside. Wash and chop the tomato, cucumber, and lettuce. Then fry the chicken in the marinade. Heat the wrap in the microwave or oven and then spread with cream cheese and a little ketchup. Finally, top the wrap with the chicken, tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and grated cheese, roll it up, and arrange it nicely. Instead of chicken with teriyaki marinade, you can also just use chicken nuggets.
