Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 waffles (crispy waffles, e.g. Filinchen)
  • 200 g pudding (high protein caramel pudding)
  • 300 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml milk, low-fat
  • 30 ml Cremefine for whipping (19% fat)
  • 40 g cream powder (Paradise Cream “South Sea Dream”)
  • 20 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g white chocolate
  • n. B. flavoring (flavor powder, “White Chocolate Coconut” is best)
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Beat the Cremefine, milk, and Paradiescreme in a bowl with a mixer (approx. 3 minutes). Add the low-fat quark, 10g desiccated coconut, flavor powder, and optional additional sweetener, and beat well again. Add a little more milk if needed if the quark mixture is too thick. Place one crispy wafer in each bowl. Add 100g of caramel pudding to each bowl. Divide the quark mixture between both bowls. Place one crispy wafer on top of the quark mixture. Spread the melted chocolate over the crispy wafers and decorate with the remaining desiccated coconut. Place in the freezer for 7 minutes and enjoy immediately afterward to ensure the crispy wafers are still nice and crispy.
