Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g yogurt 0.2%
- 2 egg whites
- 1 high protein pudding caramel
- 25 g dark chocolate
- n. B. flavoring (flavor powder “hazelnut” and vanilla)

Mix the High Protein Caramel Pudding with a little hazelnut flavoring and pour half of the mixture into each bowl. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold in the yogurt. Season the mixture with a little vanilla flavoring and spread half of it over the pudding in each bowl. Finally, spread the melted chocolate over both desserts and place the bowls in the freezer for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate is nice and crisp.
