Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g High Protein Hazelnut Pudding
- 4 tbsp spelt pops, sugar-free
- 3 tbsp chocolate drops, sugar-free
- 2 tbsp Skyr
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the protein pudding and skyr. First fill a drinking glass (approx. 300 ml) with half of the cream, then top with 2 tablespoons of spelt pops. Then fill with the remaining cream. Heat the chocolate drops in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted. Mix the remaining spelt pops with the chocolate and spread over the cream. Refrigerate until the chocolate has set again.
