Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g cream (QimiQ), low in calories
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200 g compote (pear compote)
- 1 tbsp pear schnapps (Williams, if desired)
- 4 tbsp pear juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the cream until smooth. Add the yogurt, lemon juice, and powdered sugar, and mix. Dice the compote pears. Stir in the pear cubes and juice, and season with Williams pear, if desired. Tip: The cream can be served immediately and can also be made with grated apples, for example.
