Cream cheese tuna wraps

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in its own juice (approx. 180 g)
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 1 can of corn (approx. 330 g)
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, dried
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce
  • 8 wraps

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drain the tuna and corn. Meanwhile, wash, halve, and deseed the bell peppers. Finely dice the tomatoes and bell peppers. Mix all ingredients with the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder. Add chili, if desired. Finely chop the iceberg lettuce, wash it, and spin it dry thoroughly. Gently heat the wraps. Fill with the iceberg lettuce and tuna cream and roll up.
