Turkey peach gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 4 peaches, from the can, halved
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bag of soup (onion soup master class)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, grated
  • curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Shred the turkey, slice the peaches, and drain the mushrooms. Mix the sour cream with the onion soup mix. Grease a casserole dish and arrange the turkey in it. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of curry powder. Then arrange the peach slices and mushrooms on top of the meat. Spread the onion and sour cream mixture over the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30-40 minutes. Serve with baguettes and iceberg lettuce.
