Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 750 g sausage meat or meatloaf meat
  • 1 egg(s), depending on size
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 10 milk rolls
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

You usually can’t get sausage meat anymore, but meatloaf meat works just as well. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the sausage meat, eggs, and finely chopped chives well. Cut the rolls open, brush with butter, and spread the sausage meat on top. Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
