Berry jam with sparkling wine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g strawberries, prepared and weighed
  • 500 g raspberries, prepared and weighed
  • 200 ml sparkling wine
  • 1 pack of citric acid
  • 1 pkt. gelling sugar 3:1 (500 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the prepared fruit, sparkling wine, citric acid, and gelling sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat while stirring, and simmer for at least 3 minutes. If necessary, skim the jam with a slotted spoon. Immediately pour into prepared jars, seal tightly, invert the jars, and let cool completely on the lids. Makes 4-5 250 ml jars.
