Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 ½ kg strawberries
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 3:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Sort, hull, and wash the strawberries, cut into small pieces, and place them in a saucepan. Grate the zest of the lime, squeeze the juice, and add both to the strawberries. Add the gelling sugar and mix well. Let it draw juice for about 1 hour. Bring everything to a boil. Mash with a potato masher until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Boil briskly for about 5 minutes. Rinse the prepared jars with cold water and fill them. Screw the lids tightly on the lids and let them cool upside down.
