White wine – mirabelle plum jam with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1.2 kg Mirabelle plums, pitted weighed
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 1:3

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Cut the pitted mirabelle plums into eighths. Place them in a saucepan. Pour in the white wine and season with cinnamon (amount to taste). Add the gelling sugar and mix well. Let it draw juice for about 1 hour. Bring everything to a boil. Mash with a potato masher until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Boil gently for about 5 minutes. Rinse the prepared jars with cold water and fill them. Screw the lids tightly on the lids and let them cool upside down.
