Croissants with wild garlic and minced meat filling

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 340 g croissant(s), ready-made dough
  • ½ bunch wild garlic
  • 100 g sausage (onion sausage)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the dough and divide it into 6 pieces. Chop the wild garlic. Place some wild garlic and some onion sausage on the dough and then roll it up. Bake the croissants in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.
