Pizza dough from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 110 g butter, soft
  • 2 cups of lukewarm milk, approx. 200 – 250 ml each

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Yeast dough

Knead all ingredients in a food processor (dough setting, approx. 3 minutes) into a dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then roll it out thinly and top it with your desired pizza toppings. Bake in a hot oven on a pizza stone at 250°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 5-8 minutes (note: check to make sure nothing burns) or on a baking sheet at 180°C (350°F) for approx. 20 minutes (depending on how thickly the dough was rolled out). This makes enough for two pizza trays plus one small round pizza.
