Noodles with chicken and ham sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 300 g chicken fillet(s)
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp stock powder
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp sauce thickener, light
  • 2 sprigs of marjoram, fresh, or 1/2 tsp dried
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the spring onions and slice them into rings. Wash the fillet and slice them into strips. Cut the cooked ham into strips. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken fillet on all sides for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked ham and spring onions and fry everything for another 2-3 minutes. Add 3/8 liter of water, stock powder, and cream. Bring everything to a boil and thicken with the sauce thickener. Season to taste. Wash the marjoram, remove the stems, add them to the sauce, and let it simmer for just a moment. Drain the pasta well and serve with the sauce on plates.
