Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 125 g bacon cubes
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 500g spaghetti
  • salt and pepper

simple, quick and tasty spaghetti dish

Dice the green peppers and ham. Fry the bacon in a pan with a little oil until slightly crispy, then add the peppers and fry until cooked through but still slightly firm to the bite. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water, then drain. Add the cooked ham to the bacon and peppers and fry briefly. Then add the cream and grated Parmesan cheese, and carefully season with salt and pepper to taste, depending on the intensity of the bacon and Parmesan. Finally, add the spaghetti to the pan and mix everything well. If desired, add a little more milk or cream for a more savory texture.
