Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 75 g bacon
- 200 g pork fillet(s)
- 1 small can of chanterelles (190 g)
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 3 tbsp brandy
- 50 g Parmesan
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt and pepper
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle pasta until al dente. Chop the onions and garlic, dice the bacon, and cut the meat into strips. Heat the clarified butter and fry the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the bacon and meat and fry for about 5 minutes, then add the chanterelle mushrooms. Deglaze with a little water and brandy and simmer. Stir the cream and Parmesan cheese into the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve with the pasta.
