Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g yogurt with strawberries, > 1.5% fat
- 1 small banana(s), ripe
- 140 ml milk 1.5-3.5% fat
- 2 stalks of basil, long
- possibly oat flakes, 1-2 tbsp

Wash and drain the basil, then break it in half. Pour the strawberry yogurt into a tall blender, add the sliced banana, pour in the milk, and add all the basil. Blend everything vigorously with a hand blender until frothy. Depending on the size of your banana and the fat content of the yogurt, you may need a little more or less milk. Makes about 400 ml. If you prefer a more granular consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
