Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g quark
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 125 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- tomato sauce
- Cheese, of your choice
- Spice(s), of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Mix all the dough ingredients with a hand mixer. Once everything is combined, dust the work surface with flour and knead the dough with your hands until everything is well combined. Roll out the dough with a floured rolling pin and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the sauce on the baking sheet and add any toppings you like. Sprinkle with cheese and, if you like, oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. I personally like to eat the pizza with just cheese and mozzarella, but then you have to season the dough, otherwise it tastes too bland. If you top it with tuna or salami, for example, this is not necessary. When we eat the pizza at home, I make four of the recipe for three people. This makes three large, thick pizzas.
