Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together the ingredients for the dough and spread it on a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. The filling can be customized to your liking. I used the following: gyro strips, mixed salad, and tzatziki.
