Pizza with barbecue sauce, corn and chicken breast, for one baking tray

Put the flour in a large bowl, make a well, crumble in the yeast, and pour in the water. Add the honey, salt, and oil, mix well, and knead into a smooth dough. Knead the dough vigorously with your hands for about 5 minutes on a floured surface, cover, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour. For the topping, cut the chicken breast into thin strips, sear them in a pan, and season with salt and pepper. Drain the corn and finely slice the bell pepper. Finally, dice half a ball of mozzarella. Knead the dough again thoroughly, roll it out, and line a baking sheet with it. Spread the barbecue sauce on the dough and arrange the chicken breast, corn, and bell pepper on top. Sprinkle the Gouda and mozzarella over the topping. If you like, you can also sprinkle some thyme over the cheese; it tastes great too. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake at 200°C fan/convection oven for 25 to 30 minutes. I never look at the clock, though; this is just a guideline. For me, the pizza is done when it’s browned around the edges.
