Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pumpkin(s)
- 150 g flour
- Flour , for the work surface
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- some oregano
- e.g. nutmeg
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes
Low in calories and suitable for WW
Cook the pumpkin for 3-4 minutes and then puree with a hand blender. Combine the flour, yeast, oregano, pepper, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix briefly. Now add the pumpkin and oil. Knead everything well, adding a little water if necessary, until you have a nice, not too sticky yeast dough. Let it rise in a covered bowl for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to the size of a plate and add your desired toppings. Bake the pizza in the oven for 15-25 minutes, depending on the toppings.
