- 2 eggs

- 20 g flour
- 50 g tomatoes, pureed

Mix the first 3 ingredients for the base together and spread onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10-15 minutes on the middle rack. Then spread the base with the pureed tomatoes and season with the pizza seasoning. Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C. This will prevent the pizza from falling apart. This pizza dough has 2-3 servings. For the topping, you can add mushrooms, tuna, or just cheese, if desired. To make a tarte flambée, swap the pizza ingredients for bacon and onions and sour cream or sour cream. The ingredients for this pizza are enough for half a baking sheet; please double the amount for a large baking sheet.
