Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g beef tartare
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 3 tbsp mustard pickle(s), finely diced
- Salt and pepper, black
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the onion and finely dice it with the pickles. Mix all ingredients and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
