Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 50 g raisins, or more
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 pinch of ginger or to taste (more is better)
  • 1 pinch of paprika powder, rose hot
  • Curry, to taste (more is always good)
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the minced meat with the egg and finely chopped onion, and season with all the spices. Form into small meatballs and add 1-2 raisins to each. Fry them in a pan until crispy. Then, let them cool on paper towels.
