Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 50 g raisins, or more
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 1 pinch of ginger or to taste (more is better)
- 1 pinch of paprika powder, rose hot
- Curry, to taste (more is always good)
- salt and pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Fat, for frying
Instructions

fit in every backpack and every bag
Mix the minced meat with the egg and finely chopped onion, and season with all the spices. Form into small meatballs and add 1-2 raisins to each. Fry them in a pan until crispy. Then, let them cool on paper towels.
