Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard (mild – sweet)
- salt and pepper
- 4 onions, red
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the minced meat with egg, paprika, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper (the above amounts are guidelines only; you can use more or less as desired). When the beef tartar has a nice red color, it’s ready. Peel and slice the red onions, and serve later in a separate bowl. Serve with toast and butter. This quantity serves 8 people – a shot of schnapps afterward is always recommended.
