Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g leaf spinach (frozen)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 1 point cannelloni
- 2 can/n tomatoes, pieces
- 20 g butter
- 50 g cheese, grated
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the spinach and let it thaw. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic. Dice the cheese and stir it into the spinach. Stuff the spinach mixture into the cannelloni, place it in a baking dish, and top with the tomatoes. Sprinkle with butter and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
