Tortellini in cheese and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tortellini, cooked
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • ½ pack of herb melted cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Dice the ham and onion and fry. Combine the cream with half a package of processed cheese and bring to a boil. Add the ham and onion mixture and season to taste. Pour over the cooked tortellini and let stand for a few hours, or overnight if desired. Reheat just before serving and add more cream if desired.
