Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g natural yogurt (2 cups of 150 g each)
- 1 cup of oil
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Note: Use a clean yogurt cup as a measuring cup. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl to form a dough and pour into a prepared loaf pan. Bake in the oven at gas mark 4 to 5 (top/bottom heat: 175°C, fan oven: 160°C – both for 60 minutes) for about 45 minutes.
