Quick potato pizza

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 pack of sauce (tomato sauce)
  • 150 g ham, cooked
  • 100g salami
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 can of mushrooms (or fresh ones)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Parmesan
  • Spices)
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly (the thinner the better). Place them on a baking sheet. Arrange the ham and salami on top, as desired. Then pour on the tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Now it’s time to use up the leftovers: Spread the above ingredients (or whatever you like on your pizza) on the base, season at the end, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
