  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 4 slices of raw ham
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super quick, great combination

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet. Wash the pears, remove the core, and thinly slice the flesh. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Spread the sour cream on the puff pastry and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the onion and pear slices on top and sprinkle with thyme. Bake in the hot oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cut the ham into wide strips and arrange them on the tarte flambée 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Serve warm. This goes perfectly with a leaf salad or simply with a glass of white wine.
